We’ll start with some informal networking before we hear first from Burgess Hill Town FC’s manager and training coach about how he prepares his team for a big match.

We then introduce the range of staff training we’ll be providing every month, all taking place at The Kings Centre on Victoria Road. Three of our training partners will explain more about our our valuable selection of courses, provided with discretionary pricing to all BHBPA Members.

Paul Williams of Rewards Training will give details on the accedited leadership courses offered through the Instuitute of Leadership Management (ILM). Help to make your teams more effective with the right people skills, and give your staff a valuable qualification.

Michala Liavaag from Cybersecurity Consultants –  Cybilility Consulting will explain more about their innovative and highly effective cybersecurity awarness courses.

Michala a cybersecurity leader with over 25 years in IT, founded Cybility Consulting to empower executives with the skills and confidence to tackle cybersecurity challenges, fostering customer trust and organisational resilience. With expertise across local government, healthcare, charity, and private sectors, Cybility specialises in delivering engaging, human-centric training programmes that drive secure behaviours and long-term change. Through Cybility Savvy, her podcast and YouTube channel, she offers practical advice and expert insights. Michala also serves on the South-East Cyber Resilience Centre Advisory Group and contributes to the UK National Cyber Security Centre’s initiatives. Passionate about professional growth, she inspires the next generation as a STEM Ambassador and Mental Health in Cybersecurity Ambassador.

Julian Clay from Sales to Success.

Julian has over 20 years of experience in sales training, coaching and consultancy. His corporate experience comes from former sales and management roles and client engagements. He has also worked continuously with SMEs in different vertical markets. This has enabled him to understand the challenges that people at every level in sales and account management can face.
