Spirit of the Downs creates multi award-winning spirits including Sussex Brandies, Grape Vodka, and Grape Spirit, crafted with passion and dedication. Located in Sussex, we partner with local vineyards like Breaky Bottom, Sugrue South Downs and Plumpton College, using their leftover grape pomace for our sustainable production process. Fermented with champagne yeast, sugar, and water, our spirits capture the essence of Sussex’s terroir. After 11 months, they undergo meticulous distillation and are aged in English or French oak casks for rich flavours.
