| Our knowledgeable team is headed up by Co-Founding Director’s Ben Anderson and Grant Crossley. Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience working across the UK, Europe, Oceania and South East Asia advising clients on property acquisitions, dilapidations matters and managing the resulting refurbishment works. Grant is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor. He specialises in the UK commercial property and construction market and has a proven track record in delivering technical due-diligence surveys, dilapidations, party wall surveying, development monitoring and contract administration & employers agent of projects. Grant acts for a wide range of asset holding clients and his experience expands across a mixed portfolio of sectors. |
