We are expecting planning permission in early December. Panattoni will then look to start on site activities at the end of January 2023 with a contractor already in place. The full construction programme will last for approximately 52 weeks with units available for occupation from January 2024. The park will be delivering 14 units of varying sizes ranging from 8,136 sq ft up to 142,815 sq ft. The scheme benefits from B1, B2 and B8 planning consents and will therefore be suitable for a range of uses from manufacturing to logistics. We have secured a 7.5 mva power supply which will suit those occupiers with a higher power requirements. The Panattoni scheme will be built to BREEAM Excellent rating, EPC A and to a high specification. |
