Peper Harow is quintessentially a luxury British sock manufacturer and has rapidly become a distinguished name in the sock Industry in recent years. The company was established in 2013, before a change of ownership in 2018, and since then the brand has grown immensely. The name Peper Harow derives from a Parish of the same name in Surrey, with a Cricket Heritage dating back to 1727, a true representation of our British Heritage. Our products are all manufactured in Burgess Hill in a modernised factory which is driven by solar energy, supplying 55400 kWh per year, reducing our carbon Footprint by 28,753kg CO2 and minimising the environmental impact on our planet. |
Debbie Coates – Account Manager Peper Harow Limited We only use yarns which are sustainably and ethically grown and sourced from locations such as the United States and Italy. All our socks are manufactured from the finest Supima Cotton, renowned for its softness and durability; Egyptian cotton, which is finer but still maintains its quality. In the past year or so, we started manufacturing new products using Organic yarns, which are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, meaning they are incredibly environmentally friendly |
Then there is our Recycled range – these socks are made from Global Recycled Standard (GRS) recycled cotton, which is derived from left over plastics which would otherwise end up in landfill so we can become even more sustainable while still maintaining our impressive quality. All our dyes are AZO free, none are tested on animals and our packaging is made from recycled cardboard and biodegradable plastics are used wherever possible. Our socks are skilfully completed with a seamless toe, thanks to our top of the range knitting machines, consistently producing top-quality products. |
